Sail Away Systems

Exchange Hosted Services

Sail Away Systems offer Exchange Hosted Services for your small / growing business. We can help you achieve an enterprise Email Solution for all your employees and the ones that only access your systems remotely. Our solution makes sense as it minimises your software and hardware costs as well as reducing the need for expensive I.T. Staff.

For your users in the office, we can offer Outlook 2010/2013 on PC and Outlook 2011 on Mac.

In the field we can offer, Outlook Web Access, or Active sync for all the major smart phones and tablets.

Expand your horizons

We all know about Microsoft’s email client Outlook and it’s Mac counterpart Entourage (now called Outlook 2011). While both products are the de-facto desktop email applications for the two most popular operating systems in the world, one would only be scratching the surface if you were using them for POP or IMAP email. The calendaring and address book functions are outstanding, but the collaborative benefits gained by coupling Outlook with it’s big brother Microsoft Exchange really steal the show.

When using Exchange, all your mail is stored centrally on the Exchange server along with your contacts, calendars, tasks and notes. ActiveSync makes some of this data accessible from most recent smartphones (Samsung, Nokia, Apple etc.) and the Oulook Web App allows you to securely access all your data via any web browser. Self-service administrative accounts, shared calendars, global address books, distribution lists and resource allocation (such as the ability to reserve boardrooms or equipment) compliment the already feature packed Outlook offering.
